Anticipating a short foreign travel any time in the very near future, I pulled out my most traveled backpack, the one I flew the most often (even since my last years in PH) with and my hand carry coming to NYC. I did not realize that the compass, bought from the Hing's store in my hometown for 49Php when I was in high school, was still in its box in one of the pockets. A collection of flight tags was also very well secured in the bag. I might take the bag with me soon.

Will be taking off for a Thanksgiving family trip to Central in a couple of hours. [...not really ecstatic about it but just have to go. sigh. :) ]
